HOEDOWNS & SHOWDOWNS...
Yeeehaaaa! Grab your cowboy hat and boots and get ready to kick up your heels!
As guests arrive at our private desert cookout location, they smell steaks
grilling over an open flame and the sounds of our Country Western band
will fill the air. The Saloon will be open for all to wet their whistle
or try their hand in a poker game. Cowboys will be on hand to get guests
immersed in a Quick Draw Competition, Tomahawk Toss, or a thrilling ride
on our Buckin' Bronco. If that’s not their style, Two Step Dance
Instructors will teach them the latest line dance craze. Amidst all the
excitement, the cookout site will be set with western décor and
red and white checkered linens for guests to enjoy some fine cowboy grub
under the beautiful Arizona desert skies.
HISTORIC
MANSION MURDER...
This historic mansion is a National Historic Landmark that boasts three floors
of elegance from the sweeping Rotunda to the Living Room with breathtaking
views. Completed in 1930, this grand home provides a unique and rare glimpse
of the past living in the Valley of the Sun. But what’s this, suspicious
characters mingling at your cocktail reception? Did a strange man whisper of
revenge? Who is that mysterious woman you're talking to anyway? Just when you
think you've found out who the unknown guests are, one of them is dead! An
investigation is lead during dinner and the suspicious characters are spread
throughout the room, sitting at the tables with you. Do some of them work with
you? The action is fast and furious! The suspense is unbearable but the dinner
is to die for!
SUNSET
ELEGANCE...
Guests will enjoy the unbelievable beauty of the Sonoran desert during a cocktail
reception outdoors at Sunset Point. Situated adjacent to a 185-acre mountain
preserve, this beautiful golf course club house sits amongst boulder-strewn
ridges high above the desert floor and meander past ancient saguaros, ironwoods
and mesquites. The higher elevation offers scenic panoramas and outstanding
views of the city lights below. Champagne will flow as guests enter a candlelit
ballroom for an evening of lavish elegance. The ballroom will be elegantly
decorated with candelabras abundant with white rose floral - and the tables
will be set with the finest linens and place settings. To complement your night
of celebration, a sophisticated string quartet will play softly in the background.
MEXICAN
RODEO...
This private ranch facility with panoramic mountain views, lush green lawns
and a circular Mexican rodeo arena is yours exclusively for the evening. Our
strolling Mariachi band will greet guests as they arrive and enjoy tasty Mexican
refreshments and appetizers. Next, guests will be escorted to the rodeo grounds
to experience a Rodeo that highlights the most exciting portions of both Western
Rodeo and a Mexican Charreada. The Charreada, (Mexican Rodeo) consists of several
different feats of horseman-ship including riding, roping, accuracy, courage
and style. The western portion will feature wild bull riding and other favorites.
The Rodeo will come to a close with audience participation contests, (goat
milking and bloomers on the calf) that will have the crowd rolling in laughter.
Following the Rodeo, a fabulous Mexican Fiesta will tantalize everyone’s
taste buds and keep the excitement going into the evening.
